The Benefits of Hypnosis

The power of the subconscious is incredible and rarely used to its full potential. The efforts of the conscious often get blocked from making real changes by the subconscious because that’s where all our deep-held habits, beliefs, memories, feelings, and experiences are stored. This means that while we consciously make choices for our happiness, in the background, our subconscious may be sabotaging these choices for the sake of what it deems best for our survival. Hypnosis bypasses the conscious and opens communication with the subconscious. This allows you to reshape your experiences and habits and empowers you to truly be able to make the lasting changes that you are consciously wanting.

Along with the nervous, memory, and limbic systems, the subconscious also manages your immune system. This means that hypnosis can help you manage involuntary functions, such as the gag reflex, mitigate allergy symptoms, and alleviate symptoms of illnesses.
